Another great Cooks Illustrated Chicken recipe added to the list. Oh Baby!
I was looking through the Cook’s Illustrated website for dinner ideas and came across this recipe when I was searching for chicken ideas. It sounded interesting and I wanted to try something different, so I decided to go for it. We ended up really enjoying it.
